SpiritEconomyOne provides transformative leadership development programs, courses, and coaching services that integrate spiritual principles with economic success strategies. Our services include online courses, coaching sessions, workshops, and related educational materials.
Participants must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of their account credentials, and engage respectfully with instructors and other participants. Users are responsible for their conduct during all program activities and interactions.
Course materials, coaching sessions, and program resources are provided for personal development and educational purposes. Results may vary based on individual commitment, participation, and implementation of learned principles.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The use of our services for any unauthorized or unethical purpose is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate participation for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.
Program participants may cancel their enrollment according to specific program guidelines. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Some programs may have non-refundable components or cancellation fees. Long-term programs may have specific commitment requirements.
Refund eligibility varies by program type and timing of cancellation. Foundation Course refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no materials have been accessed. Advanced and Executive programs have program-specific refund policies. Administrative fees are non-refundable.
All course materials, methodologies, and content are the intellectual property of SpiritEconomyOne. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
SpiritEconomyOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation or inability to participate in our programs and services.
We reserve the right to modify program content, structure, or delivery methods to maintain quality and effectiveness. Participants will be notified of significant changes that affect their enrolled programs.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
